Melody got a pet dog whose name is Butterscotch. Butterscotch trusted Melody and was her best friend and really her only one.
Later Melody got a baby sister named Penny. Penny Wasn't disabled like Melody and only she played with Butterscotch now. She would grow up like a normal fully functional person.
