My name is Sammie and I am 16 years old. I grew up in a small town in New Jersey and both of my parents work part-time jobs; my mom as a dog trainer and my dad as an electrician.
Obstacles To My Dream
Ever since I was a small child, I've always been fascinated by the subject of science throughout my schooling career. Therefore, after my college years are completed, I would like to become a forensic scientist.
How Will I Achieve This Dream
I grew up watching murder mysteries and CSI shows, finding it so cool that they were able to figure out the suspect of a crime just by the reading of a finger print or a blood spatter.
Some obstacles that might get in the way of my dream could include not getting the right grades for the proper college classes needed or not having enough money to pay for the schooling required to be a forensic major.
In order to achieve this dream, I will work very hard to maintain good grades throughout my high school career and college career. Once I get my bachelor's degree, I will go back to school for my extra credits in science. After that, I will find scientist openings and will eventually become a professonal in solving crime scene investigations.
