  •  You should visit the work out center at least two times a week.
  •  Adding decorations are a way to help you sleep
  • These are some healthy foods and drinks.
  • Did you know that getting enough sleep helps you focus? There are many ways to stay healthy. Eating right, getting enough sleep, and exercising are three ways to stay healthy.
  • Wash your hands to stop from spreading germs.
  • One way to stay healthy is to get enough sleep. You need 10-12 hours of sleep. You won't be tired if you get all the amount of sleep you need.  With this in mind if you don't get get enough sleep you will be very tired at school and your brain will not concentrate. Furthermore, if you miss a few nights of sleep you'll start seeing things. 
  • I have to wash my hands before I eat. Then, I will do 5 push ups. Finally i'll go to bed and have some rest.
  •  Eating right is another way to stay healthy.  In this case, veggies are very high in protein. They help you stay strong. Meats are also very high in protein.  Finally, fruits and nuts are very healthy.

  • Personal hygiene is another way to stay healthy.  Personal hygiene means keeping your body clean. One way is you should wash your hands to stop from spreading germs. Furthermore, you should brush your teeth.  You should brush your twice a day for at least 3 minutes.   
  • Overall you should stay healthy by eating right, getting enough sleep, and having good personal hygiene.
