  • Our first president
  • My name is George Washington. 
  • This is the convention building were we held the convention.
  • The convention
  • Religion
  • This is the church. This is here because we have a freedom of religion.
  • George Washington was the first president of America and the chairman at the Continental Convention. He made many laws. There are also many legends about him; in which he cut down a cherry tree.
  • No president until the twelth ammendment
  • The Continental Convention was held to help make a better government. They passed many laws. It took four months to complete the convention.
  • The Father of The Constitution
  • The first of the amendments stated that people have a right to religion. Churches were built so people could practice their religions peacefully. Most people were Christian's.
  • Another of Our Founding Fathers
  • We had no president until we created the twelfth amendment. That put us at a big disadvantages. But when we do get a president, we will strive at the top for a very long time. 
  •  Before I was a president, I was just a chairmen at convention.
  • James Madison is know as "The Father of The Constitution." He took part in the Continental Convention and took the floor over 100 times. He also introduced the Virginia Plan.
  • Good afternoon, I am James Madison.
  • Benjamin Franklin is one of the founding fathers. He helped shape America into what it is today. He was the oldest person at the convention and was also a U.S president.
  • Hello, I am Benjamin Franklin.
