Storyboard Text

  • Hey John what did you get for #3 on the worksheet?
  • I didn't do it yet. I really need to drink some coffee, I can't focus
  • Hey, you really need to take it easy. You can't function without a cup of coffee? That basically makes you a drug addict.
  • If you don't watch yourself, you might end up losing control of your addiction, and then you'll flunk out of high school.
  • Okay if anyone needs to watch themselves, it's you. First off, comparing John to a drug addict is a false analogy. His desire for coffee is nowhere near the magnitude of a real addiction.
  • Furthermore, your extreme path to high school failure is a great example of a thin entering wedge. It is absurd to think that he will eventually drop out of high school. You have no evidence to prove that he will do that.
