  • No, but i always find myself grabbing more.
  • Well its a thing called Vanishing Caloric Density, Scientist use it to make junk food irresistible.
  • So how does it work?
  • The puff disappears so fast your brain doesn't process the calories so you keep grabbing puffs until you feel full.
  • So when did scientists start doing this? And why did they do this?
  • They do it so the food industry can make more money on the snack foods.
  • That doesn't seem fair.
  • It's not, its part of the reason people are gaining weight and eating more.
  • Oh, I see.
  • So you have to be careful with what you eat and how much you eat, start eating healthier and avoid those snack foods!
