  • The first amendment gave people religious freedom. That means you can worship whoever you want.
  • The 1st amendment gave other freedoms, but we're only mentioning one of them.
  • 2nd Amendment
  • The second amendment gives people the right to bear arms. Thats why I can have this rifle.
  • 3rd Amendment
  • The 3rd amendment states that soldiers cannot quarter in any house without the consent of the owner.
  • 4th Amendment
  • The 4th amendment prohibits unreasonable searches or seizures.
  • 5th Amendment
  • The 5th amendment protects individuals from being compelled to be witnesses against themselves in criminal cases.
  • 6th Amendment
  • The 6th amendment gives the right to a speedy public trial.
