  • A Transverse wave is when moves to the right angle the direction it is traveling 
  • Transverse is when the energy wave is being transferred.
  • A Example is a string because it has a vibration to it, the water waves because it has ripples to it 
  • Transverse wave looks like the ocean waves cause they both go up and down.
  • The transverse wave has 5 things to it, 1 it has the crest and that is the upper wave, 2 Trough it's the bottom wave, 3 Amplitude is the rest of crest so in the between both of the crest and Trough, 4 wavelength is how long the wave is, 5 the equilibrium is where the resting position has it own stopping point.  
  • The way it works is when the particles motion by the wave motion
