Thank You ma'am

Storyboard Text

  • Exposition: It was eleven o'clock at night. Roger, a boy from the street, had tried to snatch Mrs. Jones's pocketbook. Rising Action: She shook him until his teeth rattled. He's face was dirty and was scared of her and started to regret of what he was going to do.
  • Mrs. Jones dragged Roger up the street and inside her place. She decided that she was going to teach him the right way. He had mentioned that he wanted a pair of blue suede shoes. Roger cleaned his face and she offered him food. Climax: He wanted to gain Mrs. Jones's trust, so he didn't try to steal the pocketbook or run away. Falling Action: He asked if she needed help with anything.
  • After they had finished eating, Mrs. Jones gave Roger $10 so he could buy himself a pair of blue suede shoes. She told him to behave himself and not do anything bad like trying to steal anything from someone else. Resolution: Roger had thanked her but he barely managed. Mrs. Jones shut the door and he never saw her again.
