  • Dred Scott was thinking about if he was free or not because he was living on free soil. Dred Scott: He was a enslaved man that sued for his freedom

  • The court are disusing if the constitutionality is prohibiting slavery

  •  Dred Scott went to the supreme court 11 years later and asked them if he was free or not because he was living on free land.
