There was a boy named Richard who lived in the farm town of Farmington. In Farmington they kept track of lots of farm animals.
Richard was the pride and joy of the town, because he was able to tame animals by talking to them. He could control the animals by just telling them what he wanted them to do.
I really should have listen to the the old man!
He came to believe that he could tame any animal in the world. Richard was determined to tame the vicious tiger that tormented his town every year. The wise old man warned him that he was not ready, but Richard didn't listen.
I promise to always listen to my elders!
So Richard set off to tame the tiger. And he was met by the very same tiger who had killed many like him before. Richard suffered a terrible tiger attack.
Lucky he was saved before he fell to death. As he sat on his hospital bed in intensive care, Richard realized that he had gotten too confident and that he should have listened to the wise old man.
When Brayden heard the story of Richard he knew that he should never get too confident and that he should always be open to the advice of others who know more that him,
