  • Bill Hutchinson, Tessie, and there three kids have to draw another piece of paper from the box to see who loses.
  • Tessie lost and everyone in town threw stones at her untill she was dead. The Lottery was over.
  • In the story there is man named Mr. Graves. His name is forshadowing death later in the story.
