  • RESOLUTION
  • The residents' cars, phones, portable radios, and other electronics suddenly stopped working.
  • EXPOSITION
  • After Charlie shot Pete Van Horn he started become suspicious, until he told the neighbors that he knew who the monster was Tommy. They started to chase him and his mother, but some people still believed it was Charlie, Les, and Steve so they started to fight and fell into chaos.
  • RISING ACTION
  • There was two aliens staging the whole dilemma, they talked about the countless other Maple Streets they witnessed,what the residents did just because their power and electronics turned off, and how it cycles though, and though and though and though and it will just go on from the next to the next.  
  • CLIMAX
  • On a quiet Maple Street, somewhere in America, the residents notice a meteor like object passes overhead. All the residents are questioning, the electricity goes out.
  • The residents can't get anything to work, Tommy tells about the aliens, and the monster hiding among themselves. Les Goodman's car suddenly starts which causes the neighbors to suspect him. 
  • Once it turned to darkness, everyone has candles and were watching the Goodman's house to see if they really were aliens. Steve goes up to the door and tries to make a resolution but then, is accused by Charlie that he should be "careful of who he talks to". Then they accuse Steve of working on some kind of radio that no one has seen, then they hear footsteps. Don grabs a shotgun, Steve tries to take it away but to no avail when Charlie takes and shoots Les Goodman out of fear of his life.
