whoever as left with the apple would be the "fairest" of all gods and goddesses. three woman were left standing, Aphrodite, Athena, and Hera. zeus knew that if he chose one of the three the other two would be come raged. so he asked Paris to come up with a competition to settle
the women started bribing him so he could give him the apple. Athena's bribe was to give him wisdom and the finest warrior to ever live. hera's bribe was to make him the king of Europe and Asia and the most powerful man on earth. lastly, Aphrodite's bribe was to give him love from the most beautiful woman on earth. he chose Aphrodite.
