- Hey, baby are you ready to go to school?
- I feel very fatigue and dizzy when I stand up.
- I think it's time that I take you to the doctor you have not been acting your self lately.
- Hello, I'm Dr. Ray how are you feeling today.
- Hey, doctor my daughter has not been feeling well lately. She has been experiencing nausea, fatigue and dizziness.
- I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my abdomen and muscles
- Is there a cure?
- You are showing signs that you have Hypocortisolism also known as Addison's disease. It is affecting your adrenal glands. When I checked your vitals I noticed that your blood pressure was extremely low.
- Are there any treatments?
- There is no cure for the Addison's disease but there is some treatment options. I will prescribe you with hormone pills which will help to replace the hormones that are not produced by your adrenal glands.
- I'm going to die
- Does she need to change her diet?
- Sweetheart you are not going to die. I just need you to make sure to take your medication. Yes, mom make sure that she stays away from coffee, bananas, oranges. Some good foods to eat are grain, chicken, cheese, and soups. I'm glad you came to see me early your symptoms were getting worse and if not treated it can lead to seizures and even a coma.
