The 13th amendment abolished slavery and involuntary servitude,except as a punishment for a crime in congress it was passed in the senate on April 8,1864 and by the house on January 31,1865 the amendment was ratified by the required number of states on December 6,1865.
The 15th amendment prohibits the federal and state government from denying a citizens the right to vote based on the citizens race,color,or previous condition of servitude it was ratified on February 3,1870 as the third and last of the reconsturction amendment
The 19th amendment prohibits the state and the federal government from denying the right to vote to citizen of the united states based on there sex it was adopted on August 8,1920 until the 1910s most states didn't give women the right to vote .
