Cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States. Vaping is also just as dangerous.
But there's a way you can help yourself and other people not smoke or vape or help people or yourself to stop smoking .
1. ask the person why they're doing it in the first place. One of the reasons people could be smoking in the first place is because they're in stress and for them smoking or using any other drug/tobacco products put them to ease even if they know it's bad. 2. Get rid of the drug/tobacco . Now I don't mean start a riot or anything I'm just saying if you have a close family member or best friend whose is using drugs get rid of all that junk in there house.(but if if it's your friend's home make sure you talk to their parents and make sure the parents aren't smoking either.)
3. Never include yourself into smoking or other drug activity! No matter what situation your in NEVER EVER start smoking once you start it will be super hard to stop and it could ruin your life on doing things that you could want to do. 4. Talk to someone. If your being under pressure talk to someone before you think about smoking or vaping or are already smoking or vaping try to talk to someone like a family member or a therapist or even a trusted friend before you start before it is to late or even try to to stop.
