  • Hey ashley!!! how was your breakfast today? make sure you watch your portion and eat variety of foods.
  • Thanks jack and i ate a good amount today and im still not full. i think i eat to much sugar in the morning and i know its a bad thing but its just a habit so i just do it
  • well i understand that it is a habit, i used to do the same thing but try to eat more fruit whenever u feel you need it.. a lot of fruit have sugar so it will kep you satisfied. and also, dont forget to drink more water.

  • Well remember what you had told me. Never eat more than your body can handle . you are putting you body in great risk by doing that. Eat a small portions for now on and drink a lot of water.
