Thanks jack and i ate a good amount today and im still not full. i think i eat to much sugar in the morning and i know its a bad thing but its just a habit so i just do it
well i understand that it is a habit, i used to do the same thing but try to eat more fruit whenever u feel you need it.. a lot of fruit have sugar so it will kep you satisfied. and also, dont forget to drink more water.

Well remember what you had told me. Never eat more than your body can handle . you are putting you body in great risk by doing that. Eat a small portions for now on and drink a lot of water.
