The Cord family lives on the outskirts of Boston. they have settled here from the colony days.
My name is Vince Cord
Vince had heard rumors of new behemoths of steel, and new mechanized workforce. This had been confusing to the old timely man.
Attention! All people of this fair town are now going to expand. boosting the money trade and make ourselves rich!
The mayor of the town was now telling us of a large change was coming.
Vince had then entered a tavern where locals had met up to talk. He soon ran into a man who had been hiring for the factories that he said would be built.Vince had not been accustomed to factories and was weary of what might happen.
You sir! Do you wish to work in the factory I'm building. Women and Children can work as well.
errrm.. sir would mind explaining the impact of these very factories?
The city was rapidly increasing, soon Vince followed suit as he capitalized on the new industrial revolution. Witnessing the city develop and the urbanization , he was marveled at what the city had become. Seeing more people from different ethnicities come to town being called immigrants.
This city is changing and for the better. I have gotten rich off of this new industrialism, creating more jobs and more opportunities of the American people.
Traveling to his new home he seen some of the things that troubled him and the ethics he had believed in. Seeing families cramped into tight spaces, trash all over the city, and much more.
This had changed but was it for the betterment of the people and instead the city. Seeing so much trash and compaction is atrocious.
The true colors of the industrial revolution were starting to show on cities with pollution and more so on the population. Diseases had now been spreading and the living spaces for some workers were insufferable along with the workspace.
By the lord look at those children, I have never seen anything like it. These children are hungry, desperate, and alone.
