  • remember to always wash your hands before you start to work!
  • make sure everything in your fridge is seperate! this is a big cause for food borne illness!
  • when cooking make sure your work area is clean! cross contamination is a big leading cause to food borne illness aswell!
  • when cooking make sure everything is seperate as well! raw meats and fresh produce need to be seperated.
  • make sure things are also cooked to the right internal temperture!
  • make sure everything in your fridge is chilled right as well! if its not that could be a breeding ground for bacteria.
  • now that you know the basics of cooking, clean, chill, seperate you can cook without risk of good borne illness!
