Here, Brutus organized a meeting with the conspirators the night before they would kill Julius Caesar. They organized a plan and talked about all the possible things that went into this assassination. Portia starts to get very suspicious. Brutus tells Portia that he is just sick, but Portia believes something more is going on. (Act 2, Scene 1)
Here, the conspirators from the night before get Caesar to the capitol, even when he wasn't supposed to, and cunningly stab him to death. (Act 3, Scene 1)
Et tu, Brute?
Here, Brutus and Mark Antony have their speeches at Caesar's funeral. Brutus talked about how Julius Caesar was killed for the better of Rome, while Antony talked about how good Caesar was in his time. Brutus was attempting to get the audience on his side, while Antony trying to make the audience turn against Brutus and the conspirators.
