When Amulius took the throne, he forced Rhea to become a vestal virgin. Because of this, she threw her babies into a river.
A she-wolf found the twins and raised them, until one day a Shepard, Faustulus, found them.
Romulus and Remus had discovered who they truly were, and decided to kill their uncle, Amulius. They put their grandfather back on the throne.
They decided to build their own cities. One day, Remus decided to visit Romulus and made fun of his wall. Romulus got so annoyed that he killed Remus. From then on, Romulus killed anyone who made fun of his wall.
Your wall is lame!
The legend says that Romulus became the first King of Rome in 753BC and populated his new city with runaway slaves and convicted criminals. He stole women from the Sabine tribe to provide wives for the slaves and criminals and to populate his new city. The Sabine tribe were not happy about this and declared war on Rome. The war went on for many years but eventually the Sabine tribe and Romulus reached an agreement and the Sabines became a part of Rome under the Kingship of Romulus.
Romulus was carried by his father, Mars, to the heavens and was worshiped as the god, Quirinus.
