- Sweetie, I observed something last night when I checked you in your room: you are no longer praying before you go to sleep. What's the matter?
- Oh its nothing mom, I am just tired and too lazy to pray, I believe God understand that.
- Oh no sweetie. That is wrong; even if you are sleepy, you should make time to pray to God. You should thank Him for waking you up and ask forgiveness for the wrongdoings you committed. Sweetie, you should return to praying to Him because praying to Him will give you peace and strength.
- OH NO! WHAT HAVE I DONE?!
- I thanked you, Almighty Father, for all that you have done for us. Thank you for making today so special. I'm sorry for thinking it's okay not to pray to thank you, or ask for forgiveness from you. I sincerely regret what I did, and I beg for your forgiveness, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for my mother's guidance; I know she was the instrument you used to make me recognize and reflect on what I did. Amen.
