- My name is Milton Licorice
- I am, considered by most, as kind,thoughtful,smart,helpful, caring and persistent 13 year old boy. Here is why
- I am considered a kind, thoughtful and helpful thirteen-year old boy, because, although Mr. Licorice, my grandpa, became very grumpy after the accident in which his leg was amputated, I continued to help him, even when he seemed mad.
- Milton is also caring and persistent. When Mr. Licorice tried to sell me, Red Gal, the family’s cow, Milton tried to convince his grandpa to allow him to take care of me since he cared for me very much. However, his randpa insisted that Milton was not old enough to take care of me. Milton did not give up and eventually, he, along with Riggan and Allan Bent, was able to persuade his grandpa to keep me because I was with calf.
