An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted on by an unbalanced force. An object in motion continues in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
The soccer ball wont move till someone kicks it.
Newtons second law ofMotion- F=M x A
Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass. The greater the mass (of the object being accelerated) the greater the amount of force needed (to accelerate the object).
An object like a boulder will need more force to move compared to a pebble.
Newtons 3rd Law of Motion-Action/Reaction
Kicking a dumpster wont cause it to move but because it has more inertia it stubbed your toe
For every action there is a equal and opposite reaction.(Basically means that if you push something then it will move unless it has too much mass.)Action Force: Force that is working in one directionReaction Force:The equal Force acting in another direction.
Inertia:An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted on by an unbalanced force. An object in motion continues in motion unless acted by a unbalanced force.Mass:Mass is what takes up space.Friction:A force that two objects exert on each other when their surfaces come in contact.Motion:The action or proccess of moving or being moved.Force:Anything that changes the motion of an object.Accellaration:The change of an objects velocity
