Storyboard Text

  • T - TITLE From the title "oranges" you can assume the poem will have something to do with that.
  • P - PARAPHRASE At the beginning of the story, the boy explained his first time walking with a girl.  He picked her up after he put 2 oranges in his pocket and they walked to the drug store.  He then asked what she wanted which was a 10 cent candy bar, but he only had 5.  He used one of the oranges along with his money to pay. they then waked holding hands and eating.
  • C - CONNOTATION weighted cracking burned rouge gray
  • A-Attitude/Tone The attitude was positive because they were just having fun as they walked together for the first time.  It was also a little bit sad because it was "cold" and "gray".
