After several years of working at the camp, Adela gets very sick. It's 1941, and the people at the camp are losing hope of liberation.
A few weeks later, Adela passed away, the sickness killing her. Not long after Eleanora saw a group of men headed toward them and realized that they were finally being saved. The soldiers were surprised at the state they were all in, some of the people hadn't eaten in days and were extremely malnourished. all around her hug, cry, and kiss the kind soldiers. After a few days they would be heading home, although some people had forgotten or lost their home.
Back at home, some people try to find their lost family members. Others, finding out that they are now alone, try to get their lives back as normal as possible. The citizens of Germany hear that approximately 11,000,000 people were killed. Many mothers left without children, husbands without wives, and teens without homes.
