Deep in the forest, lies a little house where a tiger named Tony lives. When he had his friend Gerald the cheetah over one day, Tony wouldn't stop using his wind-up toy mouse: it was his favorite toy.
When Tony went to the kitchen to get a snack, Gerald threw the toy mouse on the ground because he thought Tony like the mouse more than his best friend. Then, Gerald walk to the kitchen so Tony didn't suspect anything. And when Tony asked what the bang was, Gerald told him that he tripped and fell, but he is okay. When Tony got back to his room, he was devastated to find is toy on the ground, and asked his family if they did it, but they didn't. Just then, Gerald's mother wanted him to come home
Gerald realized how sad his friend was, and regretted breaking his toy. He remembered that it was just a toy, and it was very selfish of him to think that Tony liked the toy shrimp better than Gerald. Then, Gerald's mom called for him to come home.On his way home, his neighbor, Albert, noticed that Gerald had a sad face. He asked him what was wrong, and Gerald told him what had happened earlier that morning. Albert told him to go back to Tony's house and confess what he did.
Gerald went back to Tony's house and told him that he broke the toy mouse. Tony was shocked by what his friend told him, and immediately got very angry with him. Tony didn't want to be friends with someone who was selfish, and only thought about himself. Gerald then wished that he could travel back in time, and not break his toy.
Tony made Gerald leave his cave, and told him never to come back. Tony was furious with Gerald and never wanted to talk to him again. Gerald walk out of the cave as fast as he could. As Gerald walk to his house, he realized how good of a friend Tony was and how terrible of a friend Gerald was to Tony. Gerald regretted breaking Tony's toy because it was so important to him.
Gerald went to his room, and cried. He wished that he could tell Tony how much he meant to him. He realized that you can't only think about yourself.
