  • So, have you already decided if your going to buy a mansion or build one?
  • Later...
  • building my own mansion would be much cheaper, but buying one would be faster and easier.
  • Building a mansion, though, would cost 5 million dollars, but buying one would cost 15 million.
  • hmm..
  • We can destroy this house so you can build right here.
  • Yes, dad.
  • but why did you decide to build the house instead of just buying it, dad? Isn't that easier?
  • I'll use this land and to build a mansion of my own, Mr. Jaques.
  •  It is, but more expensive. So, what I did was identify the problem I had, Considered all the values those two options had, Thought of how it would affect and benefit the family, and then I decided to build the mansion, since it would save us a lot of money.
  • Perfect! We have a deal.
  • So the money was payed and construction began.
  • Several months later...
  • Wow dad! This is a wonderful place!
  • The Grant Estate Mansion (GEM)
  • Good decisions and hard work always pays of!
  • Jaden finally finishes the mansion and names it the Grant Estate Mansion, or the GEM House.
  • And do you see how it pays off?
