  • How you handle stress is based on how you think, feel, act, and the choices you make. manage your stress by staying positive, getting enough sleep, and if needed, getting professional help. When you feel mental or emotional tension due to these people and/or events, you are experiencing stress. Emotional Wellness: Is how you react to events that occur in your life. Mental Wellness is being comfortable with the people around you, your surroundings and yourself.

Methods to avoid stress-eating: 1st, eat regular, complete & healthy meals, 2nd, Don't skip meals, 3rd, take your time eating.Healthy methods to manage stress: Set goals, use positive self-talk, be open-minded, take responsibility for your actions, focus on your strengths & recognize your abilities & talents.
