  • I've been really stressed out lately and haven't gotten enough sleep!
  • How many hours do you get each night?
  • Probably 4 to 4 and a half hours, sometimes I'll only get 2 or 3.
  • Well, the first thing I would do is find out the reason for your lack of sleep. Maybe you’re stressed out about multiple things and that’s what is causing you to lose sleep and become even more stressed out.
  • Yeah, I think that’s why. School and extracurriculars have been getting really heavy lately.
  • That may be the cause. You should make a sleep schedule and see if that helps. You need to make it to wear it fits your daily life. If you need help getting to sleep, there are different methods you can try to aid sleeping like breathing exercises or counting sheep.
