The princess's lover was waiting for her signal to the door with the lady ready to marry other than the door with the tiger ready to devour him. The king's daughter was so jealous and wouldn't bare seeing him with another women that she'd rather see her lover die viciously than to be with another.
After her lover's death she went for a walk around her castle thinking about what she had done. She kept thinking about reasons to justify for what she did but deep down inside she knew it was wrong. She stopped eating and became depressed because of what she did.
Then one day, while sitting in bed something inside her clicked. She started to eat again, her depression went away, and she became very happy. The beautiful princess never forgot about what she did to her former lover, but instead of forgetting about it she used it as a lesson. The lesson taught her to never let her jealousy get the better of her.
