  • Look, Jem! I found something in the hole of that tree near the Radleys' house!
  • I don't think we should take stuff from there, Scout, that's the Radleys'! You know better!!
  • MY HOUSE!
  • OH NO!
  • OH MY GOODNESS!
  • I wonder what's in here...
  • Children, Mrs. Dubose is dead. Jem, this is a box she wanted to give you.
  • To Kill A Mockingbird, By: Harper Lee, Published: July 11, 1960; Scout and Jem found stuff, like gum, pennies, etc., in the hole of the tree at the Radleys' place.
  • GUILTY!!
  • I'M INNOCENT!!
  • Miss Maudie's house burnt down. She was upset because her possessions were gone, but happy because she hated her house, which is why she spent all her time outdoors.
  • I have to get out of here!!
  • Mrs. Dubose, the mean lady whom everyone disliked, died from sickness. Atticus, Scout and Jem's father, gave Jem a box that Mrs. Dubose was going to give him. In it was one white camellia.
  • AGGGHHH!!!
  • Tom Robinson's trial took place, and was declared guilty but was actually innocent. He was accused of attacking Bob Ewell's daughter, Mayella.
  • While trying to escape from prison, Tom Robinson was shot 17 times, and killed.
  • You're not going anywhere!!
  • On the way back from the Halloween Pageant, Scout and Jem were attacked by Bob Ewell. Luckily, Boo Radley killed Bob and saved the kids. 
  • (To the kids) Don't worry! I'll save you! (To Bob) Get out of here! AGHH!!
