In the beginning of Part 2, Guy and Mildred are in their home reading. The Parlor is turned off, and the weather outside is bad. At one point, Mildred gets mad and stops reading, but Montag continues to read.
Starting on pg. 69, Guy is on the Subway. He is reading the bible and is trying to memorize the lines. As he is reading, the radio won't stop saying "Denham's Dentrifice".
On pg, 72, guy enters Faber's house. They talk about the bible, and Faber is very knowledgeable . Guy ends up giving the bible to Faber to keep.
On pg. 76 and 77, guy and Faber come up with a plan. Their plan includes planting books in firemen's homes and telling on them. They hope to burn all the firehouses across the country.
On pg 91, Montag reads the poem "Dover Beach" to Mildred and her friends. The women are mortified and they begin to freak out. Mrs. Phelps began crying and Mrs. Bowles goes home.
On the last pg of part 2, Montag and the firemen get a fire call. When they respond to the call, Montag is very confused. They pull up to his house to burn it because of the books.
