  • Alright, it's 9am. For breakfast I'll have Toast and eggs with orange juice. This will get me a fair amount of carbs and Protein!
  • Okay it's 11 O'clock. Better have a nutrient grain bar to get some more carbs for energy to last until lunch.
  • It's now noon. I'll have some pasta with veggies a potato. This way I'll have more energy from carbs
  • 5pm. for Pre-game meal. I'll have Chicken with fruits/Veggies and a smoothie. This way I'll have some carbs and protein then I'll nap on the bus.
  • 8pm. Game time!
  • Well it's 11pm. I'll have some steak and mozzarella for carbs and protein. Then I'll get a nice 9 hour rest.
