I drink coffee all the time I wonder how it started
Coffee started in Ethiopia in the early 15 century and originally just the bean was used. They would chew on the beans for its high energy and it would make them feel better and more energized
Coffee didn't turn into a drink until the 1800s still staying in Ethiopia. The coffee they had was much different. The beans were not roasted the same way so the taste was extremely bitter.
It then moved on to the Dubai area and then spread across the world
Coffee then after it was a drink spread to the southern parts of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen, and the United Arab Emirates.
From there coffee exploded around the world
That is so neat I never knew that was how coffee was made
