  • On April 26th, 2017, Nicholas Koundais had committed fraud having skimmed over $6 million dollars from his roast beef truck. As well as ten counts of not filling or paying taxes.
  • Nicholas was found guilty of the ten counts of not filling or paying taxes. He had to pay $2,042,366 of legal fines to the IRS. His wife and son were also imprisoned for fraud and not filling taxes. There combined fines were more than $1 million.
  • Nicholas Koundais was sentenced to two years of jail time, which he is currently serving right now. His wife and son are still paying off their $1.6 million dollars back along with other legal issues and fines.
