On April 26th, 2017, Nicholas Koundais had committed fraud having skimmed over $6 million dollars from his roast beef truck. As well as ten counts of not filling or paying taxes.
Nicholas was found guilty of the ten counts of not filling or paying taxes. He had to pay $2,042,366 of legal fines to the IRS. His wife and son were also imprisoned for fraud and not filling taxes. There combined fines were more than $1 million.
Nicholas Koundais was sentenced to two years of jail time, which he is currently serving right now. His wife and son are still paying off their $1.6 million dollars back along with other legal issues and fines.
