And speaking of New Zeland, I'll talk about their celebrates and the typical dishes.
New Zealand, celebrates the typical Christmas and Easter holidays and, in the year, also organizes its typical and traditional celebrations that remember the culture of the New Zealand people, through music, dance, and their traditions.
One of its typical celebrations are: Festival of Waitangi, Day of the Armed Forces of Australia and New Zealand, Official Party of the Birthday of the Queen, the Day of the Work, and Boxing Day.
But there can be no festivities without the typical dishes of New Zealand, like:
Hangi Maori, it consists of making meats or seafood and vegetables; Roasted Hogget, made with lamb meat and with potatoes and vegetables; Fish and chips has fish like terakihi or hoki and chips...
And among the best known sweets is the hokey pokey: vanilla ice cream with pieces of caramel and Pavlova, a dessert based on meringue, cream and fresh fruit.
