  • Hi, my name is Jake and in this presentation i am going to be making fresh banana bread!
  • RECIPE3 ripe bananas, crushed½ cup butter softened (one stick)1 cup sugar2 eggs2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda¼ tsp salt
  • step onePreheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside
  • Step twoIn a small bowl smash bananas with a potato masher or mixer, set aside.In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients; flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.In a large bowl or mixer, mix together; butter, sugar and eggs until creamy.
  • step two continuedSlowly add the dry ingredients a little at a time into the cream mixture until well blended, then add the smashed bananas. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.For extra goodness, sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top of the bread mix as it goes int the oven.
  • Step ThreeBake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
