  • Flappers wore short dresses of bright colors along with a bell shaped hat. Men wore less formal bright colored and baggier suits than normal. Hats were also popular inspired by the era of jazz music.

  • Made the consumption and buying of alcohol illegal. but the high class people could still  obtain it for a pries. This gave the rise to gangster-era and to organized crime.

  • Gangsters where a group illegal alcohol traffickers that controlled  secret bars. And other places to distribute  alcohol .  This opened the way for other organized crimes like graft,extortion,protection,rackets and prostitution.

  • As the war ended people stared to  come up with new ideas in art culture and music. Witch led to a growth  of the more accessible music as radio stations began to arrive. And more artist this created multiple  of types of music such as jazz witch was one of the most popular.

Served in the army from 1917-1919 married Zelda Sayre 1920.  He traveled a lot . He died of a heart attack at the age of 44 1940. He later on one of his works of art the grate Gatsby became popular.  
  • Life during the jazz age was very divers with all of the new ideas going around people had many things to do. Like going to jazz concerts  going to clubs  enjoying the new work of arts and the music. People danced and living there life at the best as it was a time of prosperity.
