Hypothalamus: Wake up Pituitary, alert the adrenal glands!
Alerts the Whole Body of Stress
Pituitary: *Sends hormones to tell the adrenal glands to release Cortisol.*
Helps the Brain Solve the Stress
Prefrontal Cortex: Regulates the stress response by making things less scary.
Adrenal Glands: *Sends Cortisol to blood vessels in order for the body to know how to react to stress.
