Yes, I do. I'm Glad you asked.
Hey Boss, I've had a hard time lately completing work on time. Do you have any tips?
What you need to do is create SMART goals.
What are SMART goals?
A SMART goal is a goal that is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
What do you mean by that?
OK, so it can't be vague. It has to be to the point.
The "S" in smart stands for specific goal. Meaning that your goal has to be specific.
Meaning that you can track progress and make sure that it is possible to complete?
The "M" and "A" stand for Measurable and Achievable.
Finally, "R" and "T" meaning realistic and time-bound. Your goal has to be realistic and you have to have an end date to where you actually achieve your goal.
OK, Thank you boss. I will make sure to make SMART goals whenever I need to accomplish something to improve both my work and personal live
