  • There were two young students that go to a cemetary to get a died body and they bring along Jess who work there and instead of a dead body they dig out a live body.
  • Characterization of protagonist 
  • Two medical students go dig up a body and instead they end up digging up an alive body and they leave in terror and Jess stays at the cemetery.  
  • Mood
  • After the students left the cemetery they go back to school the next day and they go to the dissecting room and they find out that Jess had killed Henry the body they dug up and Jess gets paid for killing Henry and bringing him to the dissection room.
  • Suspense 
  • Jess is a worker that works at the cemetery that goes on to to help the two students and Jess ends up digging up Henry Armstrong up and then Jess kills Henry and Jess gets paid for killing him.
  • The mood is scary because the story starts off in a cemetery and they start to try and dig up a dead body of Henry Armstrong to see if he really is dead and they end up digging up Henry and he turns out to be alive.
  • There is a lot of suspense in the story and it is used when the students and Jess are digging up the body and they find out that Henry is alive. There is also suspense when the students go to school and see that Jess killed Henry with a spade.
