- Just because Amani is a girl doesn't mean anything.
- Women are useless!
- Amani!
- Hang in there, Jin!
- Jin, this is all my fault! I'm so sorry.
- Amani is on the left, Jin is in the middle, and the leader of the caravan is on the far right. Amani was dressing as a boy, but her cover was blown. Jin and the leader are arguing now because of Amani and the leader thinks that women are useless.
- It's almost dawn, and they are still shooting at Nightmares, evil creatures of the night. Amani is slowly proving the rest of the caravan wrong, but on the last bullet Jin had, he missed his shot and got bit.
- It's daytime now and the caravan left Amani and Jin for dead out in the desert because they didn't want to keep a "useless girl" and a "dead man" with them. Amani is scared for Jin's health because the venom from the Nightmare could kill him. She feels like this is all her fault.
