  • For muscular endurance, I run for 1 hour every day
  • I can lift very heavy dumbbells however not for very long, that's what happens with muscular strength
  • Selecting Physical Activity's
  • When selecting a Physical Activity you have to know your limits. you cant lift 200 lbs on your first try. Make sure that you don't push yourself too hard, if you do so you can hurt yourself or someone else
  • Here are 5 life style guidelines to help you stay Healthy1. Go to bed at an appropriate time2. eat healthy food3. Drink Plenty of water 4. don't spend too much time on electronic devices5. get plenty of exercise
