The French and Indian War was a conflict between France and Britain. It was a war to decide which nation would control Ohio and Mississippi river regions.
Benjamin Franklin proposed the Albany Plan of which was the Proposal to unify the colonies. The Treaty of Paris ended the war in 1763.
The treaty gave Britain Quebec and the Ohio Valley.
France lost all of their territory in north America.
Britain imposed the Proclamation of 1763 on the colonists which prohibited colonist to move or live west.
The war cost Britain a lot of money so they taxed the colonists. The colonists became angry.
