  • Mental wellness is your personal comfort with your circumstances. Emotional wellness is the way you react to those circumstances
  • Finally, physical wellness is how well our body is functioning.
  • Making health-conscious decisions is important for maintaining good physical wellness
  • It's important to make sure you're doing the most to keep your wellness balance. Your overall wellness is vital to live a healthy life
