  • What will he be?
  • He has two possible things that he will do in his future, he will either be a powerful ruler, or a religious leader.
  • Get out of sight if you are suffering, Sid is on his way!
  • What are we doing today my servant?
  • What does this fine evening have in store for me?
  • Sidhartha was born a prince in Nepal in about 500 B.C, and a fortune teller told his fortune, which was he either was going to be a powerful ruler, or be a religious leader. His father obviously wanted him to be a ruler, so he started him on the what he thought was the right path.
  • Part of the king's plan to make Sid to become a ruler was to not let him see anything unpleasant. Due to this, anytime he went outside of the palace grounds, he would have guards clear everything pleasant.
  • Om
  • One day, Sid had an idea that he should venture outside of the kingdom, but this time, with no guards to get rid of everyone who suffers. While out, he sees the four passing sights, which were: the crippled old man, a sick man, a decaying corpse, and a monk.
  • The only way to achieve the perfect state of mind is by seeing what is moral by meditation.
  • To find the answers that he wanted in life he tried new things. The main thing that he practiced was self-denial. Due to this, he joined a group of ascetics in his search for answers.
  • I welcome our new member, Siddartha, who has chosen the path of self-denial.
  • After realizing that self-denial is not good for him or his brain, he decided he is going to meditate to find the answers, and so he did. He became the enlightened one.
  • After Siddartha became the enlightened one, he went around the world teaching other's about life, and new
