  •  Today in the paper I saw that someone had broken the 9th amendment.
  •  Wait what does that mean?
  •  Glad you asked! The ninth amendment is The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. This means that no one can tell anyone that they can claim any of the Bill of Rights.
  • That seems right!
  • This is still important because everyone deserves their rights. Time doesn't change that.
  • I wonder what the others are. Maybe later. Bye.
