Storyboard Text

  • Rock Cycle Process: -Igneous Rocks- During the cycle to create igneous rocks, rocks are pushed underground and are melted into magma
  • Due to pressure magma is pushed out of the ground. The magma, now lava, comes out of volcanos and is left to cool.
  • Once the lava has cooled it is now igneous rock
  • Rock Cycle Process:-Sedimentary Rock-The igneous rock is eroded by the rushing waves pushing against it.
  • The sediment sinks to the bottom of the ocean and layers on top of the other sediment
  • This process continues for many years and the igneous rock is now sedimentary rock
